The rose drying process use 6P drying and dehumidification integrated machine with with 25 cubic drying room as a standard model. One batch can be put into the flower core about 900 kg, which takes 40 hours, and the setting and fixing time of the rose flower can be completed in the heat pump drying system. The device uses 7 degrees of electricity per hour and has a total power consumption of 280 degrees.
The drying of the rose is divided into 4 segments. The first section performs a low-temperature setting and color fixing process for continuous dehumidification, and the humidity become about 40% after a period of time. In the second stage, the temperature is raised for 1 hour to solidify, then dehumidification is started, and the humidity become 30%. In the third stage, the temperature is raised by 6 degrees and consolidated for one hour. There is no need to drain the water at this stage. Then enter the final stage, continuous dehumidification is required, and the humidity is reduced to 20%. After such a process, the color of the rosette remains good. Peeling from the outside to the inner layer, the flower will not change color. In the past, electric drying systems did not achieve this effect. This is related to the precise coordination of temperature and dehumidification.
