Ensure the ventilation of the sludge treatment drying system, keep abreast of the temperature inside the dryer, and add fuel accordingly to achieve the energy-saving drying state. The ventilation place of the sludge dryer is mainly between the dryer cylinder of the dryer and the hot blast stove. It can use natural wind or artificial wind, and then blow the air volume into the cylinder of the dryer. The key parts to manage the smooth flow of the exhaust air are the flap valve and the flash valve. Only when these two parts are operated well can the exhaust air be smoothly ventilated.

For the sludge dryer, we must learn to judge whether the ventilation is good or bad. We use a simpler method. First, we wet our hands, and then we extend our hands to the discharge port. In this case, if the water in the hands is evaporated after a while, it means that the ventilation is good. Otherwise, the ventilation will not work and needs adjustment.


We can adjust the ventilation of the sludge dryer in the following ways:

1. Pay attention to the air leakage between the flaps, especially the sealing of the bearing parts. And prevent the sundries, bricks, iron wire and other debris from falling into the flap valve, causing deep winds, and even hindering the discharge or blocking the flap, which cannot be flipped.

2. Observe how much the flap valve discharges and the interval between discharges, whether it is compatible with the discharge speed of the sludge dryer. Do not store too much material in the tipping bucket to affect the discharge, and do not store too little material to vibrate.

3. To add oil to the rotating shaft oil cup on time, twist l ~ 2 times per shift, and turn the buckle in silver times. For the flash valve, observe whether the operation is flexible, whether the blanking is smooth, whether the position of the counterweight is proper, and whether the triangle cone is in tight contact with the blanking nozzle. According to the ash accumulation and cutting conditions, the counterweight can be adjusted appropriately. The triangular cone is usually movably connected to the lever. In order to avoid the displacement of the flash due to vibration, it can also be fixed and welded on the lever after aligning the blanking nozzle.
