1. The filtrate is cloudy. When we use the sludge dryer to process the sludge, if the filtrate becomes cloudy, it is likely that the joint of the filter belt is unreasonable, or the joint is damaged, or the filter bag is aging. For this situation, the best solution is to repair the filter belt in time, or replace it with a new one.
2. The filter belt is clogged. If the sludge dryer is not washed thoroughly, the tension of the filter belt is too large, the content of fine particles in the sludge is too much, and the dehydrating agent is added too much to make the sludge viscosity too large, it is easy to cause serious filter belts. The clogged filter belt is clogged. Therefore, when we use the sludge dryer, we must periodically rinse the equipment, adjust the belt speed, strengthen the sewage sedimentation, and reduce the amount of medicine.
3. The filter belt slips. If the load of the sludge dryer is too large, the tension of the filter belt is too small, or the roller is damaged, we must reduce the amount of mud, increase the tension of the filter belt, and replace the damaged roller in a timely manner.
4. The filter belt is off track. Under normal circumstances, the causes of the deviation of the filter belt include uneven feed volume, local wear of the roller barrel, and insensitive correction measures. The solution to this situation is to adjust the mud inlet or mud leveling device, periodically check the roller pressure cylinder for timely replacement of damage, and check and repair the deviation correction device.
In addition, during the operation of the sludge drying equipment, sometimes sludge appears from the belt. The cause of this situation is mostly the excessive input of flocculant. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job of checking the flow rate of flocculant and sludge, the proportion of dry sludge inlet and the concentration of flocculant.
